A Crab bank

I was very supprised to this bank, didnt you? I think the on-site supervision team should go to check it. Hahahaha...... It is A Crab Bank......Should this bank take a license from the National Bank of Cambodia? How about ministry of commerce? Should this bank register or not? hey.....it is too complicate.....hehehehe.......
